In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Ready Now Tradie Hire. "You" means anyone who visits this website, submits a booking request, or contacts us about labour hire.

We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you send a booking request, fill in an enquiry form, call us, or message us, we may collect:

• Your name and the business or company you work for
• Phone number and email address
• Site address or job location
• The trade you need, dates required, duration, and job details you choose to share
• The specific worker you have requested, if you have picked one
• Anything else you include in a message to us

Information collected automatically

When you browse this site, our hosting and analytics tools may record:

• Your IP address and rough location, at city or region level
• Browser and device type
• Pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or ad you arrived from

03Why we collect it

We only collect what we need to run the business. Specifically, to:

• Respond to your request and confirm your booking
• Match the right tradie, apprentice or labourer to your job
• Contact you about a job in progress or a booking you have made
• Invoice you and keep the business records we are required to keep
• Understand which pages and ads work, so we can improve the site
• Send you updates about our services — only if you have asked for them

If you would rather not give us this information, that is fine — but we may not be able to confirm a booking or get someone to your site.

We don't sell your personal information. Ever.

We share it only where it is needed to do the job:

• Our workers — the worker assigned to your job gets the site address, contact name and number, and the job details. Nothing more.
• Service providers — the tools that run this business, including our website host, form provider, email provider and accounting software. They can only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Professional advisers — our accountant or lawyer, where required.
• Where the law requires it — for example a court order, a regulator, or a workplace health and safety investigation.
